Train to Swim

 

Love Swimming Private School is designed to teach swimming skills and build up swim ability for individuals at all age. Participants in our program progress to more advanced levels based on ability, dedication and performance ongoing training. New participants must book a tryout for level placement prior to online registration. Recommendation of coaches is considered in terms of upgrading the participants to a level.

Group A        Class ratio 1:16-18 swimmers ( is ready for Bronze Cross and National lifeguards courses )

This group is designed for swimmers who have completed all 4 strokes and willing to continue stroke correction with drills and techniques. Practices consist of strokes work to build skills endurance work to gain strength and to increase speed with proper starts, turns and finishes. Swimmers are prepared for time trails, novice meets or school swimming competitions. Workout is 2000m above.
A组学员4种泳姿全部完成,在继续技术动作纠正的基础上完善出发转身及倒边等技术要领.除此之外,训练课以增加训练强度为手段,达到提高学员游泳速度和耐力为目的.为学员在各中小学及高校游泳比赛中取得优异成绩做准备.运动量每次课2千米以上

Group B      Class ratio 1: 12-14 Swimmers ( is ready for lifesaving Bronze Level courses)

Participants in this group have mastered the skills of backstroke and freestyle, and are able to swim in a workout of 1000 meters. In this level, participants receive stroke correction of 2 strokes; will be learning breaststroke and butterfly stroke in drills, turns, starts and full strokes, as well as swimming in medley strokes and relays. The workout is designed in between 1200-1800 meters
B组学员掌握仰泳和自由泳技术动作并能够完成运动量每课时一千米.学员在继续纠正和巩固自由泳和仰泳动作的基础上,学习蛙泳和蝶泳的技术动作以及混合泳和接力.为提升到A组做技术和体力的准备.运动量每课时1000米至1800米之间

Group C             Class ratio 1: 10-12 Swimmers (LSS swimmer 7 in community center)

This group is ideal for those children who are interested in learning proper backstroke and freestyle while being introduced to some of the technical aspects of swimming skills. It helps develop the swimmer’s endurance and strength in water. The workout is usually between 600-1000 meters within drills, turns, and starts to develop 2 stokes in full.
学员有兴趣学习正确的自由泳和仰泳技术动作.在提高泳姿要领的基础上,增强学员的体力和耐力训练以达到水中有氧训练的目的,同时学习以上泳姿的出发转身和到边的基础动作.运动量每课时600-1000米之间

Group D             Class ratio 1: 6 -8 Swimmers (LSS swimmer 4,5,6 in community center)

Participants in this group are comfortable in deep-end with or without flotation devices after taking private lessons with our coaches. They are able to swim at least 20 meters of the pool. This group lessons is designed to teach the swimmer the basic movements needed in deep water with a focus on kicking and arm actions of Backstroke and freestyle. The workout is usually in between 300 meters-600 meters.
