**Important Notice to Group lesson participants ** 分组学员注意事项
Registration
No spot reservation is available. Overdue registration of each session may be put on waiting list for the next available time slot. 每期报名无预留，超过报名期限的学员将安排等待空位课时。
Cancellation and Refund: Once you have registered and committed to a spot each session, there will be no refunds for the month. The fees of the rest months will be fully refunded or credited. Swimming spots are offered to the next student who is on the waiting list. 每期学员一经分组并确认游泳和陆上训练时间，我们不接受当月退款要求, 余月费用给予退还. 不保留泳课时间安排, 位置和时间将提供给等待课时的学员
Make-up Classes: Unfortunately, due to limited space and pool time we are
unable to accommodate any requests for make-up lessons. Missed lessons as a
result of individual absence do not qualify for make-up classes. 由于泳池场馆和时间租用的特定条件，因个人原因而缺席的游泳课，我们不予补课或退款。
In the event of lesson cancellation by Love Swimming Private School due to unforeseen pool closures, we will do our best to re-schedule your lesson for another day/time or

Private lessons package is purchased by monthly. Swimming schedule is up on participant’s request. In the case of sickness or absence, please inform coaches at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling.
一对一游泳私教课按月付费,游泳时间由教练和学员协调而定.如果学员因个人原因需要取消当次游泳课,必须提前24小时通知教练员.
Semi private lessons package is purchased by monthly for both participants at the same time. Lesson schedule is up on both participants’ agreed dates and times. In the case of sickness or absence on one of the participants, the lesson is charged as usual. Once both participants cancel the lesson at least 24 hours in advance, the lesson would be rescheduled based on both coach and participants availability.
一对二游泳私教课按月付费,游泳时间由教练和两位学员同时协调而定.如果其中一个学员因个人原因需要取消当次游泳课, 课时收费照常.两学员同时取消游泳课,必须提前24小时通知教练员.
Cancellation and Refund：Both swim coach and participants are expected to track the times of lessons. According the records, we refund the rest of lessons in full in the request of cancellation due to personal reasons. 家长和教练员都负责记录课程时间。根据家长或学员要求，余下课程费用全额退款。
Usage of pool time: To control the usage of pool, each participant’s swim time is confirmed by swim coach. All participants are expected to arrive 5 mins before lesson starts and to leave the pool area within 10mins after. Any danger caused by extra stay will be charged by parents/guardian. 为保证游泳池的教课使用，学员的上课时间由教练员安排确认。 所有私教课的学员需要提前5分钟到达游泳池， 泳课结束后10分钟内离开场馆。如有逗留，任何意外由家长或监护人负责
COVID-19 related Agreement
- the participant will follow the laws， recommended guidelines, and protocols issued by the Province of Ontario in respect of COVID-19, and will do so to the best of the participant’s ability while participating in the event.
By participanting in the event, the swimmers, or in the case of a minor, the participant’s parent or guardian, assumes the risk of contracting COVID-19 and/or transmitting it to others and voluntarily accepts that risk
Participants Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the athletic/sports program, related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledge, appreciate, and agrees that:
1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, will only proceed against the corporation
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If however I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS, Coaching and Volunteer Staff, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
