Clinic Registration

Due to limited space and pool time we are unable to accommodate any requests for make-up lessons. Missed lessons as a result of individual absence do not qualify for make-up classes. 由于泳池场馆和时间租用的特定条件，因个人原因而缺席的游泳课，我们不予补课或退款。

Once the participant has registered and committed to a spot each session, there will be no refunds or transfer to other swimmers within 2 weeks of the session. Full refund applies only if the request of cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to. Training spots will be offered to the next swimmer on the waiting list. In the event of lesson cancellation by Love Swimming Private School due to unforeseen pool closures, we will do our best to re-schedule the training or refund credit at the end of session.

By participanting in the event, the swimmers, or in the case of a minor, the participant’s parent or guardian, assumes the risk of contracting COVID-19 and/or transmitting it to others and voluntarily accepts that risk

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the athletic/sports program, related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledge, appreciate, and agrees that: 1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and, 2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, will only proceed against the corporation 3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If however I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and, 4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS, Coaching and Volunteer Staff, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

● Participating and arriving on time for the clinic, well-nourished and prepared to perform to best abilities in all training sessions and activities ● Wearing the proper equipment for my sport and wearing it correctly. ● Respect coaches with good manner during all conversations. ● Never ridicule a participant for a poor performance or practice. Provide positive comments that motivate and encourage participants' continued effort.

● Respect Coaches and staff at each training and practice, conduct positive communication with coaches and role model in conversations and discussions in order to support the growth of the individuals ● Demonstrate the respect to other swimmers and families in Clinic and show appreciation to all ● Cooperate with the Clinic arrangement, demonstrate respect and honesty during the events ● Encourage swimmers to play by the rules and resolve conflicts without resorting to hostility or violence ● Never ridicule a participant for a poor performance or practice, provide positive comments that motivate and encourage participants’ continued efforts
