Take advantage of efficient and effective technique, starts, turns, streamline/body positions, underwater efficiency, drills for “the feel”, breathing control, stroke breakdown, stroke length, proper utilization of muscles throughout stroke cycle and pointers for effective swimming technique that you can ponder and utilize when in trainings.

Backstroke Clinic: Aug 18th & 25th 6:00-8:00pm AB qualifiers (12-14 yrs) $315 per swimmer
